By summarizing the experience and achievements of long-term client service, DCFCS has formed five unique capabilities: digital operation and maintenance, product R&D, ecosystem building, customer service, and data analysis and mining. Those abilities help the company support many small and medium-sized financial institutions to achieve technological construction, business operations, service innovation, and risk management with the SaaS cloud service model. In addition, based on client needs, the company also exports its capabilities to help small and medium-sized financial institutions with their digital transformation.
DCFCS has built two production-level data centers in Xi’an and Wuhan, which meet banking regulatory requirements. The two data centers undertake the business operations and daily maintenance of more than 460+ small and medium-sized financial institutions. The current digital operation and maintenance system includes automated operation and maintenance tools, monitoring and alarm systems, data analysis platforms, and related operation and maintenance solutions and management mechanisms to achieve digital and intelligent management of the operation and maintenance process. DCFCS aims to meet client needs by providing integrated intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) services that cover the construction of O&M digital infrastructure and O&M monitoring platforms such as CMDB and ITSM and the consulting and construction of O&M service systems.

● Dalian R&D Center: It provides digital solutions based on advanced technological architecture and innovative design concepts to non-bank financial institutions such as financing lease companies, factoring companies, guarantee companies, small loan companies, and financial holding groups and explores the innovation and development of SaaS products and services in the non-bank financial sector.
● Shenzhen R&D Center: Based on big data and AI technologies, it focuses on data intelligence, digital operation and maintenance, and digital marketing to provide a series of SaaS services and innovative solutions for small and medium-sized banks.
● Beijing R&D Center: It focuses on scenario-based finance, closely integrates financial services with users’ actual life scenarios, and helps small and medium-sized financial institutions provide innovative financial products and services that are more in line with user needs.
